6.0/10

I found this hotel to be a budget-friendly option that served its purpose for a short stay. The location is decent, being within walking distance to major attractions, although the area itself feels a bit rough. The rooms are very basic and could use some updates, and while the service had its ups and downs, some staff members were genuinely helpful. Overall, if you're just looking for a place to crash after exploring the city, this hotel might suit your needs.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms are quite basic and old-fashioned, with uncomfortable beds. However, they are clean and well-kept.
Service
6.0
Service varied; while some staff were gruff, others were very helpful, especially during breakfast.
Location
8.0
The hotel is 20 minutes from major sights like the Trevi and Pantheon and only a short walk from Termini, providing good access to public transport.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was a bit awkward since it was served in our small room, consisting mainly of pastries and juice.
Facilities
6.0
There were minimal facilities; the major plus was the cleanliness of the room.

7.0/10

The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Termini train station, making it easy to explore the city. While the room was spacious and the bed comfortable, the overall service left something to be desired, especially since I felt a bit unwelcome at times. Breakfast delivered to my room was decent, but a bit basic. Overall, it's a fair choice for budget travelers, though don't expect luxury.

Rooms
8.0
The room was quite spacious with comfortable furniture, and the bathroom was large enough for my needs.
Service
5.0
There was limited interaction with the reception staff, and they didn't seem too welcoming or knowledgeable about local attractions.
Location
9.0
The hotel is just a short walk from Termini, so getting around was very easy.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was delivered to my room daily, but the options were quite basic and could use more variety.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel lacked additional amenities, like a restaurant or bar, which would have been nice.

6.6/10

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the location was fantastic, very close to Termini and easy to navigate around Rome. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience better. However, the breakfast could have been improved with more options, and the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite small and not as clean as I would have hoped. The lack of air conditioning was disappointing, especially since we had paid for it. The shower door was broken too, which was inconvenient.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips about the area. However, housekeeping was infrequent, with the sheets not changed during our stay.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated near Termini Station, making it easy to explore the city. It's also close to several attractions, which is a big plus.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite basic, consisting of rolls, jam, and some fruit. It would have been nice to have more variety, like some cheese or meats.
Facilities
5.0
The only notable facility was the refrigerator in the room. Otherwise, the overall amenities were quite basic and could use an upgrade.
